In 2016, he was appointed legal advisor for the Malaysia Heavy Construction Equipment Owners’ Association (PAJPBM), further solidifying his expertise in corporate and construction-related legal matters. In 2022, he was appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths by the Malaysia Chief Justice.

Mr. Ng Haw Yang, a seasoned advocate, leads our firm’s corporate, commercial, admiralty, and real estate divisions. With a strong background in litigation, he has handled cases spanning family law, corporate disputes, construction disputes, contractual disputes, and intellectual property law. His deep understanding of maritime law has positioned him as a trusted advisor to leading shipping and land reclamation companies in Melaka.
